FAQ's
Fundraiser - Your organization sells special fundraiser tickets - personalized with your organization's name - for the general public to play at Pine Creek whenever they choose. Your organization earns a substantial share of the tickets proceeds.
Clubhouse Rental - Our clubhouse lounge is available for your private party - with or without golf - all year long! You are welcome to bring in a caterer and outside food and drink with your rental. Please select "Rental Information" and "Banquet Facility." |

Yes, we have a Snack Bar offering light meal items and a wide variety of beverages, ice cream, frozen novelty items, slushies, pretzels, funnel cakes, etc. Please select "Birthday Parties."
For individual play, we accept cash or check; for parties, we also accept credit cards.
We have a Parking Lot for 165 cars (and a grassy area as needed).
Yes, in the bathrooms in clubhouse and on both courses there are Baby Changing Stations in the men's room, as well as in the ladies' room. |

What if it Rains?
- Golf-players can usually play in a drizzle, if no threat of lightning.
- Parties-
- Parties that do not require a deposit (e.g., typical birthday party) can choose not to come, with no penalty. We ask that they let us know of their plans - either way - if the weather is iffy.
These parties can choose to come and hold just the indoor (food) part of the party if they agree to buy free game golf tickets - at $7 for kids and $9 for adults - to distribute to each guest to play another day on their own.
- Parties that require a deposit can re-schedule for any available time within one year.
Rain Date Policy for Parties
Customer's 2 Options:
- A party can hold off selecting a rain date and, if there's an unfavorable forecast for their party date, then they can re-schedule to an available date. No fee.
- If they want the security of locking in a rain date ahead of time:
- There is a fee because rain dates block out our schedule, and
- The fee applies whether or not they need to use the rain date. (They pay the fee after the party)
Rain Date Fees:
- If party does not rent an area:
- Up to 25 people (e.g. typical birthday party)-Rain Date Fee is $25
- Over 25 people-Rain Date Fee is $50
- If renting any area (lounge, patio, picnic area, golf course) regardless of size of group-Rain Date Fee is $50.
